Moises E. Juliao
Moises Juliao honed his skills as a member of the Senior Intelligence Service (SES equivalent) at the Central Intelligence Agency’s Directorate of Operations. During his 22 years at the CIA, he held senior field and headquarters positions, including Chief and Deputy Chief of Station, Chief of Operations, and numerous Department and Branch Chief postings.
Mr. Juliao is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve. He deployed to numerous war zones and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his service.
Prior to founding Alenttay Solutions, Mr. Juliao was the Director of Interagency Strategy at Research Innovations Incorporated (RII). RII provides technological solutions to complex challenges in the national security arena.
Mr. Juliao began his career in public service as an Assistant District Attorney in Niagara County, New York, prosecuting a variety of crimes. Mr. Juliao speaks fluent Spanish and is functionally proficient in Italian.
